VF Corporation announced today that it will report its fourth quarter and year-end results on Thursday, Feb. 16, 2012. The company will hold a conference call and web cast the same day at 8:30 a.m. EST, which will be broadcast live via www.vfc.com .

VF Chairman, President and CEO Eric Wiseman and Bob Shearer, Senior Vice President and CFO, will lead the call and discuss VF's fourth quarter and full-year results. Also participating on the call will be Group Presidents Karl Heinz Salzburger, Steve Rendle and Scott Baxter, together with Karen Murray, President, VF Sportswear, and Susan Kellogg, President, VF Contemporary Brands.

A replay of the conference call will be available from Feb. 16 through Feb. 23, 2012.
