Superior Uniform Group donated more than $120,000 worth of clothing to Clothes To Kids, providing the non-profit organization with a critical infusion of garments for the winter season. The donation of 12,864 items consisted of both long and short sleeve oxford shirts, knit shirts, tee-shirts, camp shirts, sweatshirts and jeans. Clothes To Kids is dedicated to providing a full wardrobe consisting of a week's worth of clothing to low-income, school-age children in Pinellas County, free of charge.

Superior Uniform Group employees previously held two clothing drives for Clothes To Kids in 2011-collecting enough gently used clothes to donate a wardrobe of a week's worth of clothing to more than 100 under-privileged students. In Pinellas County, about half of the 112,000 students, grades K-12, live at or below poverty level (Source: Pinellas County School Board) and are not able to afford to purchase school clothes.
