GALESBURG, Posted Feb 28, 2009, Written by John R. Pulliam, The Register-Mail - Jason Paulsgrove is the embodiment of an entrepreneur. The owner of Midwest Uniform Supply looks at the current economy as an opportunity.
Paulsgrove opened his uniform company about 4 years ago and now has stores at 240 S. Seminary St. and in Peoria. He is preparing to tackle two expansion projects, but he said there are always people who say something can’t be done or won’t work. Also a full-time Galesburg police officer, Paulsgrove has some advice for would-be entrepreneurs. “Don’t let the risk scare you,” he said. “Don’t let those negative people get to you, especially the local people.
