Cintas’ women’s sizing options currently include a selection of tailored dress apparel such as stylish skirts, slacks and blazers. The women’s sizing selection will be extended to other product categories over the next year. Unlike traditional workplace apparel, the women’s line offers sizes and styles that are consistent with retail selections, giving women confidence and satisfaction with their uniform.
In conjunction with the launch, Cintas also introduced “The Style Plus Confidence Campaign” to celebrate professional women of all sizes by providing workplace apparel that inspires confidence and comfort. Cintas’ free “Fit Kit” includes details on how to measure and determine women’s sizing. It can be downloaded at www.docandamelia.com/womens.
“Our research shows that when women feel good about their appearance, their performance reflects that,” said Bill Goetz, President of the Global Accounts and Strategic Markets Division. “We want the associates who wear our apparel to be comfortable. By designing a women’s line that gives them stylish options with a comfortable fit, we help them look and feel good, improving their overall job satisfaction.”
