Frontline staff at Singapore Changi Airport are getting a new look.

All 1,800 Singapore Airport Terminal Services' (SATS) frontline staff will be wearing new peach-coloured uniforms, from Saturday onwards.

The new look is part of the ONE! service initiative launched to enhance service standards.

ONE! stands for "Outstanding and Exceptional Service". It comprises a set of guidelines developed through feedback and best practices.

The SATS uniform change is the eleventh since 1973. The last change was in 2000.
