DENVER – Denver International Airport unveiled a new uniform on Thursday for ambassadors and the Customer Relations Team.
Ambassadors at DIA are now wearing “Spyder”—a Colorado company— vests, blue button-up shirts, and “Adidas” shoes. Sarah Burton, the director of customer service for DIA, calls the uniforms a “fresh, classy, new look.” She says the outfit brings a feeling of the outdoors inside DIA.
“This is in keeping with our new brand, and also a way for us to enhance the customer experience,” Burton said.
The Customer Relations Team at DIA staffs the information booths and helps to answer texts, calls and emails. The ambassadors help travelers navigate the airport, make food and beverage recommendations and answer general questions.
