First Uniform, a retailer of medical uniforms and accessories, has opened a new shop at Palmetto Health Baptist. This is the second location in Columbia for the Charlotte-based company.
“We look at ourselves as, we provide a service and a benefit to the employees,” said Tim Leo, president and owner of First Uniform. “Our motto is ‘You get a great product at a fair price with great customer service.’ ”
The Palmetto Health Baptist store opened last month, one month after First Uniform opened its Palmetto Health Richland location. The shop provides uniforms and shoes from name brands including Cherokee, Grey’s Anatomy, Healing Hands and Jockey.
It also offers stethoscopes, blood pressure cuffs and arm sleeves.
