All Nippon Airways Co. on Christmas Day will start selling a line of Japan’s popular Licca-chan dolls featuring the company’s new flight attendant uniforms, ANA said Dec. 22.

The real ANA flight attendants will start wearing the new uniforms, in gray and blue, on Feb. 1.

Tomy Co.’s Licca-chan dolls are considered the Japanese equivalent of Barbie dolls.

The “ANA original cabin attendant Licca-chan” set will come with 17 items, including the uniforms, an apron and rolling suitcase. The set will be available for purchase on the ANA Shopping A-style website for 8,800 yen ($73).

A set containing only the doll and the uniforms will be available on flights for 5,000 yen starting on Jan. 1.
