Rocky Brands lands $101.9 million military contract

Nelsonville-based Rocky Brands has been awarded a contract for hot-weather combat boots by the U.S. Department of Defense that could be worth up to $101.9 million.

The boots contract, intended for use by the U.S. Army, represents a big chunk of business for Rocky Brands, which last year reported $269.3 million in sales.
