SINGAPORE – The green and white uniforms for Tower Transit bus captains were unveiled on Sunday at the official opening of the Bulim Bus Depot in Jurong.
The uniforms feature the corporate colours of the London-based company – Singapore’s first foreign bus operator – and were chosen out of four designs after an online poll of 3,605 bus captains and members of the public.
An open day carnival on Sunday at the 10ha depot saw some 2,000 visitors, who toured facilities such as the staff canteen and recreation centre. They also took photographs on some Tower Transit buses.
