New product offering combines Workrite Uniform’s FR-clothing expertise with GlenGuard’s innovative fabric
OXNARD, Calif. (Oct. 29, 2015) — Workrite Uniform Company, Inc., a flame-resistant (FR) workwear manufacturer, announces the launch of the Workrite® FR Tactical Pant: a durable, lightweight and stylish FR clothing option for industrial workers and firefighters.
Cut from GlenGuard’s strong and colorfast Ripstop fabric, the Workrite FR Tactical Pant represents a new frontier in workwear. Combining Workrite Uniform’s decades of expertise in FR clothing with GlenGuard’s commitment to providing lightweight and long-lasting fabrics, this new product aims to improve safety in the workplace by offering a level of comfort and quality that encourages workers to properly wear their FR clothing. Made from 6.1-ounce fabric and UL-certified to NFPA 2112 as well as NFPA 1975, the new Tactical Pant provides this compliance-inspiring fit and feel without sacrificing protection.
With two front pockets and two cargo pockets, one equipped with a separate knife holder, the pant has ample storage space. The pant’s elastic waistband allows for maximum comfort and includes extra-wide belt loops. For added touches of style and increased flexibility, the pant features a pleated, articulated knee.
