Cooneen Group and Tailored Image Ltd have agreed a share acquisition deal that will create one of the largest corporate wear groups in the UK.
The agreement brings together two established corporate wear suppliers serving major customers across aviation, healthcare, transport, public services, and enterprise sectors.
Creating a Larger Corporate Wear Platform
The combined group will support customers including easyJet, An Post, the NHS, Transport for London, and Enterprise Rent-a-Car.
Cooneen Group and Tailored Image said the deal creates a stronger platform for future growth across the UK, Ireland, and Europe.
Business Continuity for Customers
Both companies said current management teams and employees will remain in place as part of a business-as-usual approach.
Tailored Image will continue to operate under its existing brand, helping maintain continuity for customers and partners while gaining access to Cooneen Group’s expanded resources and scale.

The combined corporate wear business is expected to expand its product, service, and market capabilities.
