Australia’s retail sector is facing tough competition, and in-store shopping now depends heavily on delivering great customer experiences. To help staff stand out and connect with customers, the Harvey Norman Group has teamed up with Total Image Group (TIG), Australia’s leading B Corp-certified uniform provider to launch a fresh, custom-designed uniform range.

After 30 years, Harvey Norman and Domayne recognised it was time for a change. They wanted uniforms that were modern, stylish, practical, and embraced by staff. TIG worked closely with teams from both brands to design a collection that reflects their vibrant retail identity while making employees feel confident and proud.

The new uniforms include striped shirts in each brand’s signature colours: red and white for Harvey Norman, blue and white for Domayne. Staff will also wear custom knitwear, with crew-neck knits for women and quarter-zip knits for men. Each piece is made with TIG’s cotton-poly blend for comfort, durability, and easy care. Details like red-and-white for Harvey Norman and blue-and-black for Domayne highlight each brand’s unique identity.
