Penn Emblem Chairman of the Board, Herbert Lotman passes away

Penn Emblem Company, headquartered in Philadelphia Pa., sadly announces the Chairman of the Board, Herbert Lotman died on May 8th, 2014. Lotman was a Philadelphia businessman and the founder of Keystone Foods, he and his partners made mass produced frozen hamburgers for McDonald’s Corporation a reality. Keystone became a major supplier of beef, chicken and fish for all the McDonald restaurants. Herb was a gregarious man who spent his entire life giving back. His philanthropy was overwhelming. He was the co-founder of McDonald’s LPGA Championship raising 48 million dollars for all the Ronal McDonald charities, he was  an active Board Member of Ronald McDonald House Charities International Board, Children’s Cancer Research Foundation and actively involved in Macula Vision Research . As for the Penn Emblem company his advice and presence will be missed, but never forgotten.
