Sanitized AG odour free textiles

SANITIZED AG, the specialist for hygiene function in textiles, is expanding its Sanitized® Odorex™ portfolio for odor-neutralizing technologies. The new OX20 product is usable on cotton, viscose, or man-made fibers. It does not contain any biocides, it is highly wash-resistant, and it can be combined well with other effects.

SANITIZED recognised the market need for fabrics that neutralise odours early on. Sanitized Odorex is the result of years of working experience with eco-friendly textile treatments. SANITIZED concentrates on the causes, development, and prevention of unpleasant sweat odour in textiles. It meets market wash-resistance requirements and provides good results after up to 50 domestic washes.

”A metal-free polymer that neutralises odours serves as the foundation for the new biocide-free OX20 product’’.

“We are convinced that biocide-free solutions that fight sweat odor are on their way to becoming the new market standard. And this fact mainly applies to outdoor, sports, and workwear,” remarked Urs Zihlmann, product manager of Textile Additives at SANITIZED AG.

Highly adaptable and cost-effective

The new product is suitable for extraction, pad, and spray applications. It’s compatible with various textile effects and can be applied on any common substrate. These characteristics boost product design flexibility and efficiency while lowering production costs. OX20 is the first technology of its kind in the world, and it can be used to dye synthetics in the dye bath.

Feel and wear with ease

Binders and particle systems have a negative impact on the feel and moisture control of textiles. OX20 is a particle-free product with a long-lasting effect that does not alter the feel of the textile or influence its moisture management.
