S&S Activewear has announced a new integration between its ZeroTouch production automation technology and Fulfill Engine, a production management and fulfillment platform used by decorators.
The integration makes ZeroTouch available for eligible S&S products inside Fulfill Engine. It is designed to reduce manual receiving, sorting, and routing work for decorators.
Reducing Manual Receiving Work
ZeroTouch uses API order integration along with box-level and garment-level QR codes applied inside S&S distribution centers.
When orders arrive, decorators can scan the boxes and route them directly to the assigned machine or production zone. Garments are then scanned before decoration, reducing the need for manual labeling and sorting.
S&S says the process can reduce receiving labor by 40% to 60% while improving speed, accuracy, and consistency.
Helping Decorators Handle More Volume
Fulfill Engine already helps decorators create production-ready jobs with garment-level identification. However, decorators still had to apply stickers and manage other receiving steps after blanks arrived.
The ZeroTouch integration helps remove those touchpoints by allowing eligible orders to arrive with scan-ready identification already in place.

Built on S&S Automation Investments
ZeroTouch is part of S&S Business Solutions, the company’s suite of tools and services designed to help customers scale without adding more manual work.
The technology is powered by S&S Activewear’s proprietary ERP platform, ApparelSoft, and supported by more than $200 million in distribution center automation and AI-powered systems.
S&S says its systems deliver 99.9% order accuracy and can reach 98% of customers across North America within one to two days.
Expanding S&S Business Solutions
In addition to ZeroTouch, S&S Business Solutions includes Customer Integrations, an API infrastructure that connects customers directly to S&S systems and inventory in real time.
The suite also includes FAST, a white-label fulfillment software solution designed to help customers accept and manage more orders with greater flexibility.
