World Emblem has unveiled Custom Genie, a new unified brand offering custom stickers, labels, pens, pencils, name badges, and other promotional products through a redesigned, technology-enhanced website. The launch consolidates the operations of Stickers International, Fast Pens International, and Name Badges International under a single platform aimed at delivering a faster, more seamless customer experience.
The newly combined Custom Genie operation is expected to produce nearly 2 million products annually for clients across North America. As part of the restructuring, World Emblem has reshored all Custom Genie positions to its Norcross, Georgia facility, enabling improved shipping flexibility, stronger package tracking, and shorter delivery times.
“Reshoring jobs to the U.S. and unifying the operations of Stickers International, Fast Pens, and Name Badges International under the Custom Genie brand will enable us to increase our product categories, improve the customer experience, and make our operations more efficient,” said Randy Carr, CEO of World Emblem. He noted that the Georgia facility’s expanded delivery capabilities are expected to boost customer satisfaction while reducing operational costs.
Each of the legacy brands brings specialized capabilities:
-
Stickers International – Custom stickers and labels for industries ranging from retail and hospitality to healthcare and travel.
-
Fast Pens International – Branded writing tools including pens, pencils, and notebooks for sectors such as education, retail, and hospitality.
-
Name Badges International – Durable custom name badges crafted from polished metal or injection-molded plastic.
According to Oz Barhama, Brand Manager of Custom Genie and Senior Director of Ecommerce, customer demand for a faster, unified shopping experience drove the initiative. “With Custom Genie, we are replacing three separate sites with a new website that offers improved AI-powered design tools, simpler reordering, expanded payment and shipping options, better delivery notifications, and more products available for sale,” he said.
The announcement follows World Emblem’s recent commitment to reshore 50 additional jobs to its new Houston facility, opening in December. The company currently employs 1,200 people and operates more than 1 million square feet of manufacturing space across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
