South Korea To Develop Body Measurement System To Produce Standard Combat Uniform

South Korea will develop a body measurement system capable of gauging soldiers’ body sizes and analyse the big data collected to produce a standard combat uniform.

“The military will develop a body measurement system which gauges soldiers’ body sizes and analyzes them to gather big data. Based on accumulated data, it will predict the most optimal size for combat uniforms for newly enlisted soldiers,” an official at the Ministry of National Defense was quoted as saying by Yonhap news Monday.
