New Lands' End store opens at The Block Northway in Pittsburgh. Grand opening events take place April 6-7th, 2019.

One of the leading retailers known for amazing clothing for the entire family, Lands’ End will be opening a store at The Block Norway, a shopping mall in the Ross Township of Pittsburgh on Saturday, April 6, at 10 a.m.

Featuring clothing for men, women and children, including activewear and accessories, the new store is one of 10 to 15 areas the organization hopes to open in its current monetary year. Despite ending its most recent fiscal year with 16 company stores, Lands’ End plans to further expand their iconic brand by opening somewhere in the range of 40 and 60 stores over the next several years.

The new store configuration is a gesture to Lands’ End’s nautical legacy, with a new, fresh and present day take. Their retail push comes as it keeps on splitting far from previous proprietor Sears, which spun it off in 2014 and where it has worked in-store shops since 2005.

Aside from the company colors of true navy and white appearing throughout the store, customers will also be welcomed by a wide range of products, pictures and a streaming video that brings the Lands’ End legacy, products and overall initiatives of the company to life.

Notwithstanding the stock in plain view, customers can take a gander at the full Lands’ End accumulation of spring and summer items at landsend.com. Store orders are accompanied by free shipping and online orders can be brought back to the store, free of charge.

Grand Opening Events Supported by the Pittsburgh North Regional Chamber

The general public is welcome to join Lands’ End in the festival of its grand opening on Saturday, April 6 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., as well as Sunday, April 7 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The first 100 customers to purchase $100 or more worth of products will receive a Lands’ End tote bag.

“We are excited to return to our customers in Pittsburgh and look forward to introducing the community to our first company-owned store in Pennsylvania,” said Claudia Mazo, senior vice president of retail, Lands’ End. “The store is conveniently located where our customers live and work so they can easily combine a Lands’ End store visit with the many other activities that are happening at The Block.”
