Silver Airways has recently announced that frontline team members, including customer service representatives, supervisors, mechanics and ramp agents will be wearing new colorful, stylish uniforms to help elevate Silver’s current standing as the leading regional airline in North America.
“Continuing to develop and foster our relationships with our customers, airline and community partners, and our team members is hugely important to all of us at Silver Airways, and we take great pride in providing the highest level of customer service excellence for everyone we serve,” said Silver Airways CEO Steve Rossum. “Our new uniforms are a direct extension of Silver Airways’ customer service excellence approach and put us in line with the world’s leading airlines we are proud to partner with and the local communities we serve.”
Silver Airways’ new stylish and colorful uniforms are said to go hand-in-hand with the airline’s “Silver Service Approach” training program that provides team members with all the necessary tools necessary in order to deliver world-class services for its customers, airline and business partners, as well as the communities it serves.
