5.11 Tactical, a global innovator in Purpose-Built Gear™, revealed a strategic leadership transition set to take effect on January 1, 2024. Co-founder and former CEO Francisco J. Morales will ascend to the role of Executive Chair of the Board of Directors, while Troy R. Brown, the current 5.11 Board Member, is slated to assume the position of Chief Executive Officer. In his new role, Mr. Brown will take charge of the day-to-day leadership responsibilities, with Mr. Morales continuing to collaborate with the leadership team on corporate and product strategy. Importantly, Mr. Morales will maintain a significant stake as a shareholder in 5.11 Tactical.
