Aramark Uniform Services Appoints Kim Scott as President & CEO

John Zillmer, CEO, Aramark Uniform Services (AUS) announced the appointment of Kim Scott as President & CEO, effective immediately. The appointment comes on the back of Drummond’s announcement of retirement from the company by the end of the year.

Kim will be inducted into the company’s Executive Leadership Team, reporting directly to Zillmer. In her capacity, she will be overseeing nearly 20000 company employees who’re currently catering to about 400,000 customers by providing uniform, laundry, and allied services.

“Kim is a growth-oriented executive with extensive commercial experience closely related to our business model,” said Zillmer. “Her pragmatic leadership and strategic thinking will help accelerate our profitable growth while enhancing our employee and customer experience. A Brief About Kim’s Background

Kim brings over 26 years of experience into her new role. An alum of Auburn University, she has a widespread commercial background leading dispersed workforces in route-based distribution businesses. She also demonstrated working experience in managing strategic and plant operations, logistics, engineering, procurement, and M&A. 

Her most recent experience was that of a Chief Operating Officer with Terminix Global Holdings INC. She spent 11-years at Brambles Limited rising through the ranks from Manager Strategic Operations, CHEP USA to President, CHEP North America.

Kim spent her early career with the United States Steel Corporation and General Electric Company, where she held positions in engineering, procurement, and health & safety.
