ASI Names Rich Fairfield Executive VP

The Advertising Specialty Institute® today announced it named Rich Fairfield executive vice president.

Mr. Fairfield reports to Timothy M. Andrews, president and chief executive officer of ASI.  In addition to his current responsibilities overseeing ASI’s supplier products and services, Mr. Fairfield is now responsible for marketing across the entire organization.  He remains publisher of ASI’s six magazines:  Advantages, Counselor, Stitches, Successful Promotions, Supplier Global Resource and Wearables.  Mr. Fairfield joined ASI in 2004 as publisher.

“Thanks to Rich’s perseverance, ASI has grown print market share 30% since 2007, launched record numbers of print and digital products, grown online advertising by double digits this year and successfully created better experiences for new ASI supplier members,” said Andrews.  “I am confident he will apply his creativity and leadership abilities to ASI’s marketing efforts in coming months, with strong results.” 

Mr. Fairfield achieved a MBA at the University of Chicago and a BA at Columbia University in New York City.  He resides in Solebury, Pennsylvania, with his wife Diane, his son Alex, and his daughter Mae.  Alex attends New Hope Solebury School and Mae is a freshman at Muhlenberg College.
