BAMKO®, LLC, the branded merchandise branch of Superior Group of Companies, Inc.TM, announced on May 2nd that it had acquired practically all of the assets of Norcross, Georgia-based Guardian Products, Inc. (“Guardian”). The transaction became final on May 1, 2022.
Guardian is a branded merchandise company that is one of the major producers of promotional products to automotive dealers nationally, with a trailing twelve-month revenue of around $23 million dollars. Guardian’s acquisition is projected to be immediately accretive and is a natural extension of BAMKO’s acquisition of Sutter’s Mill Specialties, which is similarly focused on the automobile dealer area, in December 2021.
