Kindthread, a leader in healthcare apparel, on 13th October announced the relaunch of its premier retail company Scrubs & Beyond, including an omnichannel experience featuring an enhanced new website with new offerings, all designed to deliver world-class products and experiences for healthcare professionals everywhere.  

Their new website launched last week, with new store updates rolling out in Q1 2023.   

Scrubs & Beyond is the largest medical apparel retailer in the U.S., with an extensive digital marketplace and 116 stores across 31 states. A carefully curated range of products, an upgraded and modern shop design, and new omnichannel capabilities will all be features of the new in-store experience.

A fully modernized and elevated customer experience 

Significant updates and enhancements will be made to the new Scrubs & Beyond website, including a fully modernized and elevated interface, a seamless connection between online purchases and in-store pickup, and an easier return procedure. 

A curated selection of shoes and accessories for medical professionals will also be reintroduced by Scrubs & Beyond. Further updates to the site will include a robust community engagement platform that will address topics relating to the well-being of today’s healthcare professionals.
