They recently acquired one of the Frontier yarn plants located in Mayodan, North California, from Gildan. This expansion has helped Milliken to enter the open-ended yarn production that is well known for its protective fabric, workwear, government and defense, and industrial and napery textile sectors.

The Frontier Pant #3 will be later renamed as the Two Rivers Plant with respect to its dedicated team and the community it serves and will become a spinning hub for Milliken. Numerous Milliken textile plants throughout the Southeast will obtain their yarn requirements from the Two Rivers Plant.
