5.11 Tactical revealed the V.XI Collection, a brand-new, highly technical XTU uniform with best-in-class components and performance for law enforcement and military professionals.
The V.XI Collection will feature several pieces of clothing made with superior fabrics and materials that are incorporated into highly strategic and purpose-built designs for best-in-class performance.

The new collection
The initial offering of the V.XI Collection will include a new XTU Line consisting of a pant, long sleeve shirt, mid-layer jacket, shell pant, and shell jacket.
The XTU Rapid L/S Shirt
The XTU Rapid L/S Shirt will include no-melt/no-drip fabrics, a Teflon coating, moisture-wicking, and anti-odor performance for increased utility and security. The utility required by elite team units will be provided by dual pocket sleeves, adjustable cuffs, articulated pits, reinforced elbows, and bar-tacking at critical stress locations. Strategic body-mapping of the textiles will allow comfortable layering with plate carriers and supplementary gear.
The XTU Pant
The XTU Pant will include multiple features to improve performance, use, and versatility. To resist the demands of professional use, it is built with Ortholite® foam support in the strategically offset comfort waistband, a gusseted crotch and seat, spacious cargo pockets, and no-melt/no-drip fabric. Additionally, it has a patented 3-in-1 kneepad design with a color-coordinating, detachable external portion for knee protection, sewn-in padding for a mid-layer, and an interior pocket for a detachable kneepad insert. Users can achieve a personalized and secure fit with an internal vertical adjustment and an external horizontal adjustment. This feature-rich pant is finished off with a dual-directional zippered fly closure for more adaptability and utility.
